THE EVOLUTION OF THE F1 CAR SYSTEM

IF THE F1 CAR SYSTEM EVOLVES Formula 1 was conceived as the maximum development of racing cars. All their cars are "thoroughbred", that is, born to race. In its 69-year history, the Máxima has undergone several technical changes and its machines are the ones with the most technology at the sports competition level. IF WHEN A CERTAIN TIME PASSES TO EVOLVE THE SYSTEM OF AN F1 CAR Born in 1950, those single-seaters were very different from the current ones. They were smaller, 1.5 to 2.5 liter engines, but their speed could reach 270/270 km/h with little or no safety measures. The pilots of that time ran with very narrow tires, they did not have helmets (the first one was used in 1968) and they used leather hats, goggles and light clothing instead of the flame-retardant diver that appeared in 1967 and was mandatory from 1975. A overturning or strong blow, could be lethal. Already in the first half of the sixties the use of rear drives became common and its overall displaceme

THE LEGENDS OF FORMULA ONE

THE LEGENDS OF FORMULA ONE If michael schumacher had not retired at an early age he would have won more world titles Michael Schumacher is a former German racing driver. He has won seven Formula 1 world championships: two with the Benetton team in 1994 and 1995 and five with Ferrari between 2000 and 2004, surpassing the five championships won by Juan Manuel Fangio. Likewise, he was runner-up in 1998 and 2006, third in 1992, 1996 and 2005, fourth in 1993 and fifth in 1999. In 1997 he finished runner-up, although he was later disqualified without points. He accumulated 91 victories, 68 pole positions, 77 fastest laps and 155 podiums, surpassing the numbers of Alain Prost, who held these records in the 90s Unfortunately On December 29, 2013, while enjoying the Christmas holidays with his family, he suffered a serious head accident while skiing in the French winter resort of Méribel (in Les Allues, Savoie, French Alps), while skiing outside track. 10 Since then, the real state of his heal

FORMULA 1 RISKS

In any professional sector there are all kinds of risks, and different safety measures must be applied to protect workers on a collective and individual level. Formula 1 is undoubtedly one more sector, made up of a risky sport and in which large amounts are invested in more advanced safety measures in order to avoid risks.  if the drivers did not wear a special flammable suit, they would be burned to death. This is because in any crash the car is at risk of catching fire due to high speed impacts, the suits can withstand up to 400 degrees Celsius for more than 10 seconds. If cotutores do not protect their necks in a crash, they will break their necks at speed  Another accident was that of the famous Roland Ratzenberger at the Imola circuit (Italy). He crashed at the exit of a fast corner against the metal wall and the car was destroyed, breaking his neck .   if a driver does not take precautions during the race, he puts the other drivers at risk if it were not for the safety measures

The evolution of safety in f1

The evolution of safety in f1 In f1 is very important, since cars cannot be left as they are without improving anything. If the cars do not improve it would be dangerous for the drivers and accidents would be more frequent, that is why since 1953 the use of the helmet is mandatory if they are not used there can be very ugly accidents, the height of the anti-roll bars is also improved, they are raised at least 5 cm above the pilot's head, if they were not raised like this there will be many accidents. It also improves the fire safety in 1969 a double fire extinguishing system was incorporated, if the pilot had to put out a fire and one fails there is another, as can be seen, safety evolves at the convenience of drivers and spectators.
